We recommend informing us in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts

Same-day cancellations may depend on technician availability

We will try to accommodate your preferred time slot whenever possible

🔷 Inspection & Visiting Charges

A nominal visiting charge of ₹349 will apply if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after inspection

This charge covers technician visit, inspection, and basic diagnosis

The visiting charge will be communicated clearly at the time of booking or before service

🔷 Refund Policy

As we provide on-site inspection and repair services, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been completed

If any advance payment is taken (if applicable) and the service is not delivered, a refund may be considered

Any refund decision will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

Service has been successfully completed

Customer declines repair after inspection (visiting charge applicable)

Issues occur due to misuse, external factors, or pre-existing conditions
