Service timing will be scheduled based on availability
Accurate details (location, issue) must be provided for smooth service
🔷 Inspection & Visiting Charges
In case the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after inspection, a nominal visiting charge of ₹349 will apply
This charge covers technician visit, inspection, and basic diagnosis
The visiting charge will be informed clearly before or at the time of service
🔷 Pricing & Payments
Service charges will be informed before or after inspection, depending on the issue
Final cost may vary based on repair work and parts required
Payments are to be made after service completion unless stated otherwise
🔷 Service Warranty (If Applicable)
Limited service warranty may be provided on certain repairs
Warranty (if given) applies only to the specific service performed
Damage due to misuse or external factors is not covered
🔷 Customer Responsibility
Ensure correct address and contact details are provided
Provide safe access to the appliance for service
Follow basic usage guidelines after service
🔷 Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers can cancel or reschedule by informing in advance
Delay or unavailability at location may affect service timing

We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing issues in appliances
Damage caused due to improper use after service
